Born and raised in Michigan, Bryan Marburger discovered his passion for food at an early age, stepping into the culinary world at just 18 years old. His Midwestern upbringing shaped his appreciation for bold, nostalgic flavors and locally inspired creations. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of Detroit, Bryan developed a particular fascination with one of Michigan’s most iconic treasures — Faygo soda.
What began as childhood nostalgia evolved into creative inspiration. Bryan began experimenting with the colorful, effervescent flavors of Faygo — from Redpop to Rock & Rye — transforming their playful profiles into complex culinary creations. Today, he’s known for crafting unique sauces and condiments that capture the spirit of Michigan: innovative, flavorful, and unapologetically original.
